Transfunds is a fleet driven service. Based on fleet input, we will develop a fuel stop network based on your traffic lanes. Though we offer suggestions and recommendations, the fleet controls their fuel network and truck stop selection.
Our flexible options allow the fleet to control what drivers purchase, when drivers purchase and where drivers purchase. Additionally identification/validation controls can be built into our programs to establish parameters when controlling driver purchases. With set control parameters, fleets can initiate fleet wide or individual card changes for advances and purchases through our customer care associates or via website access.
Transfunds furnishes daily reporting, which can be downloaded directly into your system. This unique and customized reporting feature allows you to proactively address a potentially out of control situation.

At point of sale transaction time fleets decide which of the following information they want to capture and have validated:
– Unit number by unit pool method or specific unit to specific driver
– Trip number, Trailer number, License number, Driver ID, Meter reading
Pre-authorization/Override/Rejection options are available for out-of-network
stops.
Fleets can control the number of hours between purchases
Customized validation and data capture.
Daily or weekly refresh of advances limits are available. When a driver’s status changes, cards can be blocked automatically reducing the chances of terminated drivers receiving funds
Additional advances can be added easily from a display screen on
your systemwith confirmation furnished to the sender.
You may wish to control advances on your own computer by allowing drivers to use a QUALCOMM macro to request advances. In this scenario you set the control parameters that determine if a driver is eligible to have the advance before the money is ever loaded to his card.
Direct bill reconciliations are furnished weekly via the web, hard copy or electronically.
Data will reflect truck stop transactions and applicable discounts.
